(+)-Phainanoid A の全合成

シカゴ大学のGuangbin Dong先生らによる、(+)-Phainanoid Aの不斉全合成。

2021年に同天然物のラセミ合成を報告されており、今回は不斉での達成です。
SI読んだだけですが、化合物が大きいこともあり、モデルでの検討をかなり実施されているようでした。
特にハイライトの以下がおもしろかったです。
・5,5-oxaspirolactoneの合成
・4員環の構築
・[4.3.1]propellaneの構築

[4.3.1]propellaneが本ルートでもしっかり合成できているのがかっこいいです。
